RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your Blingue Jewels pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer store credit for unworn necklacesunworn bracelets, and unworn rings that are sent back within 5 days of receiving your orderAll earrings and jewelry sets are non-returnable and non-refundable for reasons of hygiene and safety. For this reason, we cannot accept the return of any earrings and jewelry sets. All sales are final on all earrings and jewelry sets.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, but we can issue store credit or an exchange for eligible orders. This does not guarantee that you will be able to exchange for the exact same item. If we are out of stock on a particular product, we may require you to exchange for a different item of the same value (meaning you may have to exchange for a different color or product). If you choose not to exchange for a different item, we can then offer credit that you can use to repurchase at a later time, such as when the item becomes back in stock.

Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, exchanges can be made for eligible items. Please see the list of eligible and non-eligible merchandise below. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. We will physically inspect each return and we reserve the right to refuse an item if it does not pass inspection. In order for an exchange to pass inspection, the merchandise that you are returning should be unworn in new condition and inside the original packaging with all original tags attached. Exchanges should show no signs of wear or otherwise, and should be sent back within 5 days of receiving your order. Any returned merchandise showing signs of wear will be sent back to the customer. We do not accept refunds to the original form of payment. Any return will be credited in the form of store credit for an exchange only.

  • Necklaces.
  • Bracelets.
  • Rings.

 Merchandise NOT Eligible for Exchange

  • Earrings.
  • Jewelry Sets.

 

Exchange Requirements

The above eligible items can be exchanged as long as the item is in its original packaging and the following conditions are met. The item must be:

  • Unworn.
  • Unused.
  • In the original packaging.
  • In perfect condition.
  • Sent back to us within 5 days of receiving your order.

 

Exchange Process

To request a return/exchange, please send an email to Hello@BlingueJewels.com within 5 days of receiving your item(s) and please include "EXCHANGE REQUEST" and your order # in the subject line.  Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps. We will issue a return label and subtract the return shipping fee from the total return credit amount.

Once we receive the return in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged minus the shipping fees, which can be used immediately to place a new order. Please allow up to 72 business hours for your returned item(s) to be processed and the site credit to be issued.

Blingue Jewels reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.

 

DAMAGED GOODS / INCORRECT ORDER

We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email Hello@BlingueJewels.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include your full name, order number, date of purchase and a photo of the damaged merchandise in the e-mail. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via email at Hello@BlingueJewels.com within 2 days of delivery.
