WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?

All orders are packed with care and shipped from our Warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia - U.S.A.

WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME?

All orders take 2-3 business days to process. All USA orders are delivered within 3-6 business days via UPS or USPS. Express orders are delivered in 2-3 business days. Please note that these times are subject to change, without prior notice to the customer.

International orders are typically delivered within 6-10 business days via DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx. 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

You sure can -- but only necklaces, bracelets, and rings! We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings and jewelry sets. Please review our Return Policy.

 

DOES BLINGUE JEWELS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We sure do! We have wonderful customers located all over the world. Place your order with us and you can get our products wherever you are worldwide! 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation email after you have placed your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number after your order has been shipped. 

 

MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

If your package shows it has been delivered but you do not see it at your front door, then please look inside your mail box. If still not found in your mail box then please contact the shipping courier that delivered your item. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items therefore we do not offer refunds or replacements for those items. Please contact the shipping company to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information. 

 

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY. MAY I RECEIVE A REFUND?

Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund cannot be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee.

 

I MADE A PURCHASE BEFORE THE SALE. CAN THE SALE PRICE BE APPLIED TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, purchases made prior to any sale cannot be adjusted for the sale price.

 

I MADE A PURCHASE AND FORGOT TO  APPLY THE DISCOUNT CODE. CAN THE DISCOUNT CODE BE APPLIED TO MY ORDER?

 Unfortunately, purchases already made cannot be adjusted for the discounted price. We can apply a courtesy discount code to future orders for you.

 

AS AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM FEES AND/OR TAXES?

Items shipped outside of the United States of America may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Blingue Jewels.

 In addition, once the package has exited the United States, we are not responsible for any conflicts such as: customs fees, natural occurrences, or transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
